The following WordPressiv terms and conditions take effect 1/7/15 including prices and GST. Take note that our price quotes and deals are checked on 1st July of every year and any changes take effect on the following month.

WordPressiv Training, Hosting, and Support

WordPressiv Training

  1. Virtual Training and Manual

Our clients are given access to WordPressiv educational tutorials for updating and managing the back-end of sites. We also have complete instructional manuals that can be accessed online for our clients.

 

WordPressiv Support

We have two site support levels which aim at providing our clients the capacity to access and edit their sites easily:

 

  1. Standard Website Pack Support

 

The Standard Website Support includes:

  • Support on questions about how to operate your website
  • Forgotten logins
  • Clarification on reference links and training materials

 

However, Standard Website Pack Support does not include the following services:

  • Set up email accounts on mobile, laptop, and PC devices
  • Conduct maintenance or edits to websites of the clients; kindly contact our support team for details of these tasks
  • Perform a job or support of the Third Party plugin services like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Photoshop, Networked Blogs, PayPal, and the like.
  • Technical support services for IT, computers, telephones, and Internet Help
  • Queries or support-related to e-commerce shops features that are related to your site; go to Online Store Support for this task

 

Standard Website Email and Telephone Support

WordPressiv clients can contact our friendly support team through telephone and email. It is exclusively handled via WordPressiv support line (02 8006 5120) and (email support team).  Support services are open from:

 

(Monday to Friday                           9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.)

 

Take note that support services are offered to WordPressiv clients only and we do not support Third Party queries.

*Support services are unavailable during Public Holidays and Christmas break.

*During the peak period, we may be able to give responses within 24 to 48 hours

*Telephone support is restricted to 15 minutes for each month

 

  1. Online Store Pack Support

 

The Online Store Pack Website Support includes:

  • Support on questions about how to operate your website
  • Forgotten logins
  • Clarification on reference links and training materials
  • Questions and support on managing your store

 

However, Online Store Website Pack Support does not include the following services:

  • Set up email accounts on mobile, laptop, and PC devices
  • Conduct maintenance or edits to websites of the clients; kindly contact our support team for details of these tasks
  • Perform job or support of the Third Party plugin services like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Photoshop, Networked Blogs, PayPal, and the like.
  • Technical support services for IT, computers, telephones, and Internet Help

 

WordPressiv Email and Telephone Support Services

Our clients can contact our pleasant support team through telephone and emails. Support services are handled via WordPressiv support line 02 8006 5120 and email. These services are exclusively offered to our clients only on the following schedule:

Take note also that WordPressiv does not support Third Party enquiries.

*Support services are unavailable during Public Holidays and during Christmas vacation

*Telephone support services are restricted to only 30 minutes every month

*During the peak period, allow us a 24 to 48-hour to respond to you for any support service.

 

  1. WordPressiv Hosting

 

Clarity of Hosting Services

WordPressiv is a re-seller partner of 3rd party hosting. With the use of this service, WordPressiv acquires the domains and SSL certificates from Australian-based Cloud Web hosting services for our clients. WordPressiv will also coordinate with the hosts on behalf of our clients to respond and resolve any technical problems.

 

Our Liability as a Result to Website Performance and Uptime

WordPressiv selects Australian-based Cloud Web hosting due to its excellent performance and uptime where it is 99.99% uptime is our hosting’s benchmark. Take note that WordPressiv does not take responsibility for any downtime, nor some related charges or damages related with the site’s downtime In any case of downtime, WordPressiv will coordinate and work with the client and the host to correct any issue efficiently.

 

Website Hosting – All WordPressiv website must be hosted on the WordPressiv Hosting Plans.

 

  • All our WordPressiv clients are entitled to the following:

 

Every Website Pack client will enjoy 2GB Website Hosting storage size with a 10-GB monthly bandwidth

 

Every Online Store client enjoys 4GB Web Hosting storage size with 20-GB bandwidth every month.

 

Take note that while we are using one of the most outstanding and secured hosting providers, WordPressiv is not liable for any page load speed or downtime experienced by hosting providers.

 

POP Email Hosting

Our clients are entitled to choose the setting of:

  • Up to five POP email addresses or 200MB limit
  • Up to three email forwarders
  • Extra email addresses and forwarders are billed a one-time fee.

 

Take note that as POP emails depend on browsers to download the emails to their devices, WordPressiv is not responsible for loss of any data.

 

Nightly Backup of Website

WordPressiv has automated backup for every website that we are hosting. Backups are saved to a cloud server which is separated from your web host and to our local system. This will give us all peace of mind as we rest from the day’s work.

 

Monthly Hosting Charges and Payment Terms

Our clients should complete our online order form before the website planning session. Monthly hosting bill will be checked and reviewed every January and may increase. Our clients will be notified through email every January, especially when there are increase in charges. If there is increase in fees or costs, it will take effect the following month.

Client’s Failure to Pay/Insufficient Funds/Cancellation

In cases when automatic debit defaults, it is immediately re-processed until it is fully paid with additional penalty charges of $11 for every debit default and it will keep on re-processing until fully paid. When clients failed to pay their monthly hosting bills within 14 days, it will result to suspension of your website and emails until complete payment is received by WordPressiv. Our clients who are paying through automatic debit agree to pay all banks, references, debt collections, or legal charges that are related with default or legal proceedings to restore the outstanding charges.

 

In cases of cancellation of automatic debit needs one-month written notification. The cancellation of hosting services will cause the suspension and deletion of the website from the period payments stop.

 

Release of Website

After the launching of the website, the client should stay with WordPressiv as their website provider with a minimum contract of twelve months. If you want to request a release after the expiration of the twelve-month contract, release charges of $1000 will be imposed so that your site will be released for another provider. Once the release fee is fully paid, WordPressiv will give you a core website backup filed which was developed by back up support team.

 

The file will be given to the client for their next web developer to enforce and implement. WordPressiv will not be liable for any data loss during the process. We will not be liable for the actual transfer of the website, nor the setting up of email accounts, and forwarders. These will be the responsibility of the new web developer. When the transfer has been requested, a 30-day window before the website and hosting is deleted from our server. Take note, that after the web transfer to another web developer, there will be no online training/instructional videos and support will be accessed from WordPressiv.

 

Other

Content Submission

You will need to provide us with your selected design, text and image content to be included in the website.  This is requested in 7 days to keep our commitment to a fast delivery.  Within the packages we only accept a single content submission which is to be the final content of the website, additional revisions to content will be extra cost.

Images

You should submit images for the website, we include the purchase of up to 2 stock images per page of the website.  If you require additional images they can be purchased as Extras.

On Loss or Damage

WordPressiv is not responsible for any loss or damage after the website has been given to the client. We urge our clients to check thoroughly when they are editing or removing some pages because any information may be lost. WordPressiv will not be responsible for any content on your website.

 

On WordPress

All our WordPressiv websites are developed on WordPress which is an open-source CRM platform which we found to be an outstanding solution for the requirements of our clients. Take note, that we do not own nor control WordPress. WordPressiv, therefore, is not liable for any trouble, inconvenience or loss of any data which are caused by WordPress.

 

On Elegant Themes

WordPressiv supports Elegant themes to create websites. We believe that Elegant Themes are progressive and responsive. Take note that we do not own or control Impressive Theme, and therefore, WordPressiv is not liable for any trouble, inconvenience, or loss of data due to Elegant Themes.

 

On Campaign Monitor

WordPressiv is using Campaign Monitor to help our clients with e-marketing efforts. We found and believe that Campaign Monitor is an outstanding e-marketing solution for our clients. Take note, however, that we do not own or control Campaign Monitor, thus, WordPressiv is not liable for any trouble, loss of data, and inconvenience due to Campaign Monitor.

 

On Third Party Plugins and PayPal

WordPressiv is utilizing Third Party plugins like Woo-Commerce, Facebook, PayPal and the like to provide websites of our client’s added features and functionalities. Take note, however, that we do not own or control Campaign Monitor, thus, WordPressiv is not liable for any trouble, loss of data, and inconvenience due to Third Party Plugins.

 

WordPressiv Logo

WordPressiv websites has a small logo of WordPressiv at the base of the footer. This is our method of informing the world that we have built your website and we are proud of it.

 

On Intellectual Property of Website Content

Although WordPressiv build and host your website, its framework, design and content, including images and texts, are owned and is considered the intellectual property of the client. WordPressiv is not responsible for any content on your website.

 

On Domain Name Ownership

Although WordPressiv handles the domain names for most of our clients, each and every domain name is legally the property of every client who is legally ABN/CAN owners of their businesses. If any client want to be released from WordPressiv, we agree to help the concerned client in the process of releasing the domain name or names without any fee.

 

Website Development Payment Terms and Conditions

 

On Initial Payment

We encourage our clients to decide and choose their website pack that fits their website requirements. Payment for the selected website pack can be processed through WordPressiv official website via direct bank transfer or using major credit cards. WordPressiv is also glad to give our clients with manual invoice for their EFT payments. When full payment is received, the one-hour website conference will be scheduled and organized.

 

Payment Scheme for “Extras”

There are cases when clients ask for added or extra features during the process of web designing and developing. When website is approved by the client, WordPressiv will make an invoice for the client for the added features and “extras” that were agreed during the process of building and developing the website. Full payment of submitted invoice is needed before proceeding to other tasks. The payment can be done through EFT method.

 

On Cancellations

When the client decides to cancel the building before any task has been done, WordPressiv will give the client full refund less 10% as administration charges. However, there will be no refund when WordPressiv begins building and developing the website.
